These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Simple Service Profits website at simpleserviceprofits.com and your purchase and use of our digital products. By accessing the website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

Products & Access

When you purchase the Simple Service Profits Playbook, you receive lifetime access to the digital course materials available in the members area. "Lifetime access" means for as long as we operate this website.

Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. The price is a one-time payment; there are no recurring charges.

Refund Policy

You get 7 days to go through the program and decide if it's a fit. If it's not—for any reason—email hello@simpleserviceprofits.com within 7 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund. After you email us, you may be asked to complete a short offboarding survey so we can improve the product. Refunding a product means you lose access to that product once the refund is processed.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login with others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content within the Simple Service Profits Playbook — including text, templates, frameworks, and other materials — is owned by Simple Service Profits and is protected by copyright law. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own business purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the materials.

Earnings Disclaimer

We make no guarantees about the results you will achieve. Income and success depend on many factors unique to you, including your effort, business experience, and market conditions. Figures mentioned on this site are personal results and are not typical. See the full disclaimer on our homepage.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simple Service Profits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
